I have to handle this one with kid gloves because our booking agent is out of Boston, but great story about a team with approx. 43 million dollar payroll (one of the lowest in all of baseball), is going to the World Series. Tampa Bay had the worst record in all of baseball last season, and now...

Beyond Belief


If Josh Hamilton's story was a movie (which it probably will be soon) it would be hard to believe. I look forward to checking this book out. It was sad to see him go from a Red to a Ranger, but his story is bigger than baseball or any one team.

Bass-Ball

Besides being a fanatic about the bass, as many already know, I am a huge baseball fan, specifically a Cincinnati Reds Fan. I have always been a "glass is half-full" type of person about the Reds, but this coming season has the potential to be pretty smokin'. The Reds have added big name mgr. Dusty Baker to the mix (who by the way is a very nice and cool person), a wicked closer Francisco Cordero, and just this week they added former Cardinals GM Walt Jocketty as a special adviser. Plus it sounds like there are more additions getting ready to happen...should be a fun one...
