After a month delay, issue No. 703 of DC Comics' Superman, which features Cincinnati, is scheduled to arrive in comic book stores Wednesday.

Four Shepard Fairey murals go up

Los Angeles artist Shepard Fairey put up four murals in Over-the-Rhine and Downtown (Cincinnati,OH) on Wednesday, as part of his solo exhibition that opens at the Contemporary Arts Center on Friday, called "Shepard Fairey: Supply and Demand." (via The Cincinnati Enquirer)

Bass-Ball

Besides being a fanatic about the bass, as many already know, I am a huge baseball fan, specifically a Cincinnati Reds Fan. I have always been a "glass is half-full" type of person about the Reds, but this coming season has the potential to be pretty smokin'. The Reds have added big name mgr. Dusty Baker to the mix (who by the way is a very nice and cool person), a wicked closer Francisco Cordero, and just this week they added former Cardinals GM Walt Jocketty as a special adviser. Plus it sounds like there are more additions getting ready to happen...should be a fun one...
